Which industry has been your métier and what has your work portfolio been like over the years?I have worked extensively in the field of customer service, management and HR.My core strength has been the collaboration of leadership and teamwork. However, having said that, to inspire and encourage people has always been my calling.
What was your discipline in college?I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Currently am pursuing my MBA at Louisiana State University in Shreveport and planning to graduate by summer - 2018.
According to you, which technical and business skills are your forte?To provide quick turnaround on tasks and projects would be my forte. I expertise at understanding onerous tasks and situations and proposing solutions that benefit all parties involved. Besides, I like to research and analyze on various topics in management.
What do you like the most about Enquero and what attracted you to Enquero?My favorite thing about working for Enquero is the rich and budding culture. Some of Enquero’s values like fellowship, commitment and success are the ones that I too personally believe in. The environment facilitates low levels of stress and high job satisfaction. Has it not only given me the opportunity to accomplish my goals; but also provided me the necessary resources to do so.
What do you do in your leisure time?I enjoy spending time with my husband, our son Elliott and our two dogs. Just being outside and spending time with them is such an energizer. I have played softball all my life and have enjoyed putting my glove back on from time to time and throwing the ball around.
Can you tell us a little about your journey? Your first job and lessons learnt from your experience; that you would like to share as inspiration for others:My first job was as a host at a Hibachi restaurant. Dealing with the public was not always easy. I came across various people from different backgrounds and beliefs system. Unknowingly experiencing this level of diversity early in my career helped my communication skills. We need to understand that everyone individual is unique and has a different communication style. Professionally, your responsibility is to understand these differences and channelize these for better delivery. Like they say ‘Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood’
I have lived and worked in the following cities / countries (I am a global citizen)I have worked in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil as well as in Tiger, Georgia. I have lived in Louisiana all of my life and have worked in Alexandria and Lafayette, where I currently reside and work is Milpitas, Enquero office.

Favorite Author / PersonalityMy favorite celebrity is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson because he is someone who embodies both fieriness and respect. To top it all he is a very successful entrepreneur. He has shown repeatedly that if you work hard for what you want and actively work towards it you will earn the gratification of your success. Dwayne Johnson has spent his entire life turning his dreams into reality and works tirelessly in order to give purpose to every move he makes. I admire his perseverance and strive to stay motivated and driven just like him.

Any message for your colleaguesI love the group of people I work with. Though this is my first full-time job since graduation, I can easily see spending the entirety of my career with Enquero. Enquero invests so much into its employees, that it makes being loyal to this company second nature.
