Being a graduate, my first job was an introduction to the world of “IT”. The competition was fierce and challenging. Withinfew months of my joining,I was dedicating 15 hours for work. It was initially difficult to adjust to the challengingwork culture and struggles, but the hard work eventually paid off as the learning was immense, both at a personal and professional level. It got me my first award at work and helped establish me as a‘go getter’.
Lesson learned: leave no stone unturned before you doubt. Give your best in all tasks. The price of success is hard work, dedication, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves for the task. This experience unlocked my untapped strengths and abilities, because there is no alternative to hard work.
