I have predominantly worked in the telecom industry, but have a good functional knowledge of the High Tech industry in general.

What did you study? (Education details)
I have a BE in Electronics & Communications Engineering from MSRIT, Bangalore and an MBA with a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from USC Marshall School of Business, Los Angeles.

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL / BUSINESS SKILLS THAT YOU ARE PROUD OFF / KNOWN FOR / GOOD AT?
My area of Business Analytics expertise is Data Quality and Data Governance. Apart from that, I have worked on enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with a comprehensive end-to-end view of sales operations from lead generation and opportunity management to crediting, compensation and financial reporting. I believe my skills in absorbing and understanding a broad view of business objectives to up-level daily business operations for executive readouts are what give me the most pride in my work.

What do you like the most about Enquero / what attracted you to Enquero?
Two main qualities about Enquero that make me like my job are:
Opportunities to pick projects of interest and the creative freedom to drive them to closure.
A supportive environment from leaders and peers to flourish in a professional setting. The leadership team is very approachable.

Non-work related skills / tasks / hobbies that you enjoy doing?
In my free time, I love to play videogames. It has also turned into a vehicle to bond with my colleagues and have some fun get-togethers. Apart from that, I love long drives and motorcycle rides.

What was your first job? Any interesting memories / Lessons learnt from your first job that you would like to share as inspiration for others?
My first job was as a Technical Implementation Engineer at a telecom company. It did not take me long to realize that I had a flair for sales and a keen interest in the business side of things, which has led me to pursue an MBA and start a career as a Business Analyst.
Biggest lesson: irrespective of what your role is or how you feel about it, the thing everyone remembers you for, is your professionalism. Being accountable and responsible for your actions irrespective of your situation is what gets you recognized.

Favorite Author / Personality / Manager
My favorite non-fiction author is Simon Sinek. His works inspired me to go ahead and do my MBA.
My favorite author for fiction is Valerio Massimo Manfredi. He is an Italian historian who manages to find the right blend between true Greco-Roman history and fiction in his works.
As a football (or soccer as it is called in the US) fan, I like the philosophies embodied by the Arsenal FC manager, Arsene Wenger.
